1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Valiant Intelligence and Analytics, a sole proprietorship based in Mysore, Karnataka, India — 570028, operating the NeetLogiq platform ("NeetLogiq", "we", "us", "our"), and you ("User", "you", "your") — any individual accessing or using our website or platform.

By registering for or using NeetLogiq in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

2. About NeetLogiq

NeetLogiq is an online data analytics and information aggregation platform designed to assist Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) NEET medical aspirants with college cutoff analysis, counselling guidance, and data-driven predictions. We collate, verify, and organise publicly available counselling data.

Important disclaimer: NeetLogiq provides data-driven analytical insights based on historical public records. We are not a government body, official counselling authority, or accredited educational institution. Our platform is not a substitute for official government counselling portals (MCC, State Counselling Committees, etc.). All college selections, applications, and final admission decisions must be verified independently with the respective official authorities. NeetLogiq does not guarantee admission outcomes.

3. Eligibility

NeetLogiq is open to users of all ages. However, users under 18 years of age must have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent prior to registration and use of the platform. By registering, users under 18 represent and warrant that their parent or legal guardian has read and consented to these Terms on their behalf.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account information updated at all times.

4. User Accounts & Security

To access premium features, you must create an account via Google OAuth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Sharing & Unauthorised Resale:

Each NeetLogiq account is licensed for personal, non-commercial, single-user use only. Sharing, renting, sublicensing, or selling your account access credentials or session to any third party is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@neetlogiq.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & No-Refund Policy

Certain features of NeetLogiq require a paid premium subscription. All payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Limited exceptions: A refund may be considered solely in the following cases:

• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
• Payment processed but access not granted: Your payment was successfully deducted by Razorpay but premium access was not activated within 24 hours.

To request a refund under these limited exceptions, you must contact us at support@neetlogiq.com within 7 days of the transaction date, providing your transaction ID and a description of the issue. See our full Refund Policy for details.

No auto-renewal: All NeetLogiq subscriptions are one-time purchases for a fixed period (6 months or 1 year). Your subscription will not auto-renew and you will not be charged again at the end of your subscription period without making a new explicit purchase.

Cancellation: You may cancel your active subscription at any time via your Profile page ("Subscription Details" → "Cancel Subscription"). Cancellation takes effect immediately and downgrades your account to the free tier. No refund is issued for any remaining subscription days, in accordance with our no-refund policy.

NeetLogiq reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current active subscription period.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use NeetLogiq only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree that you will not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from NeetLogiq without prior written authorisation.
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers, or any data-mining tools to access, copy, or monitor the platform or its data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the platform, its servers, databases, or connected systems.
• Collect or harvest personally identifiable information of other users.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person's use or enjoyment of the platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm NeetLogiq or other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination, civil liability, and criminal prosecution under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian law.

7. Intellectual Property

The NeetLogiq platform — including but not limited to its name, logo, trade dress, software code, user interface, data structures, aggregated datasets, analytics algorithms, graphics, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of NeetLogiq and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and related laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of any part of the platform without express prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Underlying public domain data (e.g., government counselling records) remains public. However, our original compilation, selection, arrangement, and analysis of such data constitutes a protectable database and is our intellectual property.

8. User-Generated Content

NeetLogiq allows users to submit reviews, ratings, Q&A responses, and feature requests ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you agree to the following:

• Licence: You grant NeetLogiq a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on the platform for the purpose of providing the service.
• Accuracy: You represent that your reviews and responses are based on genuine, first-hand experience and are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or defamatory content is prohibited.
• No prohibited content: User Content must not contain abusive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or illegal material, or content that infringes any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Moderation: NeetLogiq reserves the right to review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms or community standards. We are not liable for any User Content or for any action we take or fail to take regarding User Content.
• Anonymity: If you choose the anonymous option when submitting a review, your name will not be displayed publicly. However, your submission remains linked to your account in our internal systems for moderation and abuse prevention purposes.
• Edit history: Previous versions of edited reviews are retained internally for moderation. We do not display edit history publicly.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You may request removal of your reviews by contacting support@neetlogiq.com. Aggregated and anonymised statistical data derived from your contributions (e.g., average ratings) may be retained even after individual content is removed.

9. Data Privacy

Your use of NeetLogiq is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We strictly follow a Zero-Sale Policy — we do not sell, lease, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal or academic data to any third-party marketers or data brokers. 10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NeetLogiq does not warrant that: (a) the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements; or (c) any errors in the platform will be corrected.

Cutoff data and predictions are based on historical publicly available records. Past cutoffs are not a guarantee of future cutoffs or admission outcomes. You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on information obtained through NeetLogiq.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VALIANT INTELLIGENCE AND ANALYTICS (NEETLOGIQ) AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VALIANT INTELLIGENCE AND ANALYTICS' (NEETLOGIQ'S) TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NEETLOGIQ IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) INR 500 (FIVE HUNDRED RUPEES).

The limitations above reflect a fair allocation of risk between you and NeetLogiq and are a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between the parties.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valiant Intelligence and Analytics (NeetLogiq) and its owners, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use or misuse of the platform; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any content you submit to the platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without notice, at our sole discretion, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or have engaged in conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or NeetLogiq.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account within the app, or by contacting us at support@neetlogiq.com. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including §§7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16) shall do so.

14. Force Majeure

NeetLogiq shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms to the extent such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, internet or infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or failure of third-party service providers.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Informal resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@neetlogiq.com and giving us 30 days to resolve the matter.

Jurisdiction: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mysore, Karnataka, India. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of a right preclude any further exercise of that right.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeetLogiq with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. NeetLogiq may assign these Terms without restriction.
• Notices: All legal notices to NeetLogiq must be sent to support@neetlogiq.com. We will send notices to the email address on your account. Notices sent through the emails are to be considered valid service of notice.
• Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian consumer protection law.
