This Refund Policy applies to all premium subscription purchases made on the NeetLogiq platform. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
All NeetLogiq premium subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, no refund will be issued, except in the limited circumstances described in §3 below.
We encourage you to review all available free features and plan descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you have questions about what a subscription includes, please contact us at support@neetlogiq.com before completing your payment.

If you believe you qualify for a refund under §3, please contact us within 7 days of the original transaction date. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.

Include: Your registered email address, Razorpay transaction/payment ID, date of transaction, and a description of the issue.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve it within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or UPI provider (typically 5–10 business days after approval).
All NeetLogiq subscriptions are one-time purchases for a fixed period (6 months or 1 year) and do not auto-renew. You will never be charged again at the end of your subscription period without making a new explicit purchase.
You may cancel your active subscription at any time via your Profile page ("Subscription Details" → "Cancel Subscription"). Cancellation takes effect immediately and downgrades your account to the free tier. No refund is issued for any remaining subscription days, in accordance with the no-refund policy in §2.
We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@neetlogiq.com before initiating a bank dispute, as we are committed to resolving all genuine issues directly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback for a transaction that does not qualify for a refund under §3 (i.e., where premium access was properly activated) may result in:
